Computer Consulting

Straight answers for your business, and your home office.

Most IT advice comes from someone with a quota. Ours doesn’t. We look at what you run, what it costs you, and where it’s fragile, then hand you a plan you can act on, on-site.

Since 1994

Thirty-plus years in KW and Cambridge. We were fixing computers here before Google existed.

Our own infrastructure

Websites we build live on servers we own and run in Canada, not resold space.

Straight answers

Plain language, flat quotes, and the honest option, even when it’s “don’t buy anything.”

How it works

Three steps. No runaround.

1

Tell us what’s up

A quick message. Describe the problem or the goal in your own words, that is enough to start.

2

Get a plain-language plan

What it is, what it takes, what it costs. No jargon, no padding, and a flat quote before any work starts.

3

We get it working

Fixed, built, trained, or shipped, and we stay reachable after.

Start with step one A quick message is all step one is.

Questions

The four we get asked most.

Do we have to bring the computer to you?
No. We come to your home or business in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge and work on the machine where it lives. If a job needs parts or bench time, we take it, fix it, and bring it back set up.
Do you work with businesses, or just home users?
Both, the sign has said “business and home” since 1994. Repair, sales, training, consulting and networking all happen on-site at houses and at offices alike; web design, hosting and custom programming are mostly business work, and those clients don’t need to be local.
Where do the websites you build actually live?
On servers we own and run in Canada, not resold space on somebody else’s platform. That is also why a hosting problem and a website problem reach the same people here.
What does it cost to ask?
Nothing. Telling us what you need, the questions we come back with and the quote itself are all free. The work is what gets charged for, and you see a flat price for it before anything starts, including, when it is the honest answer, “don’t spend money on this.”

Ask the question this list missed

Tell us what’s not working.

Or what you are trying to build. Either way you get a plain-language plan and a flat price before anything starts, and if the answer is that you should spend the money elsewhere in the business, that is what you will hear.
